To successfully integrate every new member of the DLM family into our unique culture, innovative structure and open work environment. The DLM Employee Mentorship Programme prides itself on the timely & successful integration of new hires into the fast-paced environment of DLM.
An employee is paired with a senior colleague and tasked with shadowing them to get a better understanding of the processes and duties involved in the work.
